Unless agreed otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions of IR Language Services will apply for all interpreting and translation assignments.

Data Protection

General

The owner of this website is taking the protection of your personal data very seriously. Any such data will be treated strictly confidential and in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more detailed information, please refer to the Data Privacy Statement of IR Language Services.

Use of this website is possible without providing any personal information, and this website will not collect nor store such information. However, personal data (such as name, company, position, postal address, e-mail address, phone number) will be collected in the course of direct enquiries by prospective customers or initiation of business relationships. This information will be used exclusively for enquiry handling, order processing, billing and cultivating business relationships. Without your explicit consent, such data will never be passed on to third parties, and will be disclosed to and stored by third parties only to the extent required by law.

Please be aware that any data transmission over the internet (such as e-mail communication) is potentially vulnerable to security loopholes. Full protection against third-party access is not possible.

Server Log Files

The hosting provider of this website automatically collects and stores certain data, which is automatically transferred by your browser while accessing this website, in so-called server log files.
